Chipotle Mexican Grill - Atlanta

The team here needs some help from management. I only want this review to be constructive. We have 30+ people in line for dinner and no one working the counter. Shortly after this photo, no people working the line. One person walked out and yelled ?no more guac? but no explanation to why no one is working the line. I hope this helps get some management in here : Edit: still in line 30 minutes later, I saw who looked like the boss wrap a burrito for to-go and it rip, him stop and look at it, kind of look around to make sure no one saw and continued to wrap it up. Perhaps pay these people more. We?ve seen enough people leave this line by now that could have given the whole staff a significant raise.

Ordered online a few times from this location. Online they always show items like beans and fajitas are out of stock, but go in and they have plenty. Also they are consistently 10 minutes later than the time they promise it, so it?s the same speed to just go in. Some staff are great, some are truly rude. The foods always good.

Love the food, always feels fresh BUT if you order from the App beware! They got so mamy orders I can see how it is easy to forget all of what goes in it, but still. Bottom line: great location, but always GO IN to order, it makes a HUGE difference!

Ordered a bowl. The worker she was great! Their whole work atmosphere seemed great. They the workers seem to get along well with each other

I would have given this location a 5 star but their listening skills got them knocked down. I see and associate making the food and then touching the computer screen so when it came to her to reach into the cheese I asked her can she change her glove because I just saw her touch the computer screen and I don't know if she went to change her gloves but for some reason somebody else put the cheese in it without changing their gloves. She offered to make it all over again but I didn't want to waste a whole bowl please practice better sanitation
