Stopped in your store terrible service from your employee. Felt like she didn't even want to work there. Very long wait and drive thur didn't even move definitely need to hire more staff that want to work there. Customer service totally a miss. Then was contacted by Tim Hortons to find out what happened that day I explained everything to them. To this day still nothing done about it not even a offer of gift cards rep... View all feedback.

To this day still nothing done about it not even a offer of gift cards replacement or a new order of my food. You definitely want to avoid this store go somewhere else.
Long drive thru line and no in store service. Evidently due to staff shortages. The owner should probably pay more ?
