Marinos Kosmas A Gluten Free Pastry Bakery Project

I was at this bakery today and was not disappointed to say the least. The prices were good, the staff was very nice and it was a great selection of pastries. I do recommend coming to the bakery in the morning or in the middle of the day, so that the selection won’t be as empty. Really recommend this place :

The first Gluten Free Bakery in Athens and possibly in Greece! Great Breads, brioche bread, Greek Bagels, pita and spanakopita slice. I would have loved to try more products if I had discovered the bakery sooner. My only problem is that the bakery uses deglutinate wheat flour which I am allergic unfortunately. The owner was very nice and eager to share his knowledge. A must visit while in Athens.

This was a lovely bakery in a suburb of Athens. We made a special trip and were happy to find beautiful pastries and bread. We purchased tiramisu, eclairs, chocolate pastries, bread loaves, pancakes, waffles, and brownies. The tiramisu and brownies were particular favorites.
