I have been avoiding this place, but finally decided to give it a try on Veteran's Day. I asked the waiter if there was a special menu for veterans, and when I mentioned that I was a vet, his attitude changed. There were only 4 choices on the menu, so I ordered the chicken nuggets. Ordered chicken broth. what did they serve me? is that old nowadays? it is hard as leather and not broken. dissatisfied!
It's sad that I don't mind going to chilis, but this place is the closest to me and I won't go here. I actually visit her boneless wing today, but I refuse to go to this place. service is usually bad and eat is in the regular not good or it will be only cold. if you like chilis, it's not it. I think it makes people come here and just give up to each chilis after. I can assure them that there are other better chili. I'd like to know how late the 5 starts were.
This is a curbside pickup review.The curbside menu needs a little work. One of the things I ordered was the triple dipper appetizer and you only had one option to pick a sauce the other two sauces were picked for you. Also, there was no place to modify an order I would have liked to have had the pico left off the steak.The southwest egg rolls were very good,the big mouth burgers were good,the asparagus was delicious,the steak was undercooked but had a very good flavor and was still tender even after a minute in the microwave,but one of the chicken tenders had that rubbery texture of improper cooking. That one was tossed.
I always have a good time in this restaurant. Henry does very good customer service in the bar area, always taking care of the customers with a positive attitude.
Our food was cold, wrong, missing items and mash potatoes where watery. We order from this location in Atascacita 2 to 3 times a month. We called and told the manager about our experience and ask for a refund he said we need to bring all the food back to get a refund. We are not dogs and the food, service and response to our needs where not met. I’ll be contacting HR sometime in next week. I own a barber college and service is something I take seriously. Really wish things could be different but we won’t be spending anymore money with you.
