Excellent spot for brunch in Atascadero! I am local and had absolutely no idea this place was here. The back patio is spacious and pleasant with umbrellas to shield from the sun and beautiful marble tables. We felt like we were by the Mission in SLO. The menu is large and varied with something for everyone; traditional American breakfasts, benedicts, omelets, scrambles, waffles, and some Spanish-flavored items. The c... View all feedback.
We love the Nest! One of the best breakfast spots in the county- the food is great and it is great for kids. They have an outdoor area where kids can run around and play. We always bring a ball to play with. If you have little ones, definitely recommend making The Nest your new go-to spot for breakfast! Hash browns, Benedicts, and French toast are always yummy.Kid-friendliness: They have an outdoor area where kids can run around
Don't go too often because it's sooo busy because everything about the Nest is sooo good ? Awesome coffee n great service! Oh, did I mention the great menu variety they have? Go if you don't mind a Lil wait but it's sooo worth it!Kid-friendliness: Not only is the Nest kid-friendly but it's also dog friendly!!! Loved the treat and water they brought for my guests doggie. Really sweet!
High on the list for breakfast or lunch spots in Atascadero. Local, hometown country cafe vibes. Mexicanish infusion on some of the breakfast options. The Chile verde omelette and hash browns is killer. Burgers, salads, sandwiches for lunch. Great place.
Love the chili Verde omelet! Very good! And the mimosas are very yummy.
My go-to brunch spot in Atascadero. A delightful staff with a delicious break burrito (sausage) has led me to become a regular. We dine here at least once a week, and the experience is incredible time and time again. The outdoor experience is lovely, especially in the early morning. They accommodate pets, but tables are spaced well enough to create a buffer zone between tables, so that everyone is happy. A relaxing fountain cools down the area, and adds pleasant ambiance.I recommend this restaurant to my family and friends, and chuckle when they say they were about to recommend it to me. It’s truly a beautiful establishment, and I’m grateful to have discovered it.As I write this, I pause from reading a book and sipping on coffee, which the staff diligently refills whenever it dips in volume. The Nest offers a truly wonderful brunch experience.
