Was excited to try this place as there’s always a line. Ordered two teas and a sandwich which took 15+ minutes. While waiting, three people came back because their orders were wrong. Once ready, our order was also wrong- boba tea had no boba. The staff was dismissive and said it was an accident, but weren’t particularly helpful trying to make it right. I absolutely love Tea Milk and I have sent so many friends there. They are so nice and have always felt welcome when I go. When I'm up for a drive, I go from Brooklyn cause I really like them. They have so many options, it's a great place for vegans, and great seasonal drinks as well! I always order multiple drinks for myself. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would definitely do so.

A huge shoutout to Jennifer and the entire Tea Milk team for making our wedding special! They catered a bubble tea cart at our reception venue The Briarcliff Manor), all the way from Astoria NYC) for a very reasonable delivery fee $100). Their catering coincided with our dessert service; they offered a black tea and a jasmine tea, both with milk including oat milk) and all the toppings! Our guests loved it! Their teas were delicious and a perfect expression of our relationship, because we both love bubble tea! We highly recommend Tea Milk as a wedding vendor they helped add an extra special layer to our special day. We loved how they helped us incorporate something we love into our wedding celebration. If you want bubble tea at your wedding, look no further than Tea Milk!
