I would not give it a 1. Ordered my drink and the drink maker decided to blend it with the previous customer drink. Questioning why I ordered the way I did. Then when I saw her make someone else drink and then just reblend it I complained. I asked for the manager. She replied I am the manager so what now. I asked for the Safeway manager and complained. The coffee was great as always my breakfast sandwich was hot and delicious thank you for a great staff service was ausome.
Great customer service and great staff! Visit on 10/28/2023 2pm. The pumpkin spice cold foam chia tea iced with oatmilk was on point delicious.
Becky I think her name was, super nice and kind and is the definition of excellent customer service and deserves a raise and recognition.
