The burgers were excellent, and the salads were fantastic. The trout was cooked perfectly, but the sides were a bit too sweet for my taste. Our server, Senya, provided wonderful service—she was friendly and attentive. I also want to mention the manager, whose name escapes me, who was lovely as well. Overall, it’s a nice place for dinner. Super disappointed by this meal. The pho was literally flavorless, and it was clear that the chicken wasn't seasoned whatsoever. My partner got the salmon and was equally disappointed by the lack of flavor. Hidden gem at Aspen Highlands. Cozy and unpretentious with great cocktails and excellent classic fare scallops were a highlight as were bison burgers.

We patronize Willow Creek Bistro every year when we stay at the Ritz-Carlton Club at least once for dinner and lunch as well. Our waiter was wonderful!
Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially our server Senya. And the food is delicious. Splurge and get the fries!
