Excellent Mexican food in a casual setting. The prices are very reasonable considering it’s in a resort area. We tried several things: tacos, Baja shrimp bowl and fajita roll, and all were excellent. We discovered the place as we were on our way to Maroon bells, and we came later just for the food
We were at Aspen Highlands after visiting Maroon Bells and decided to go here for a very late lunch. Prices are high when compared to other Mexican places, but considering the location it was all right. We had the Fajita bowls with Chicken and Shrimp and also the chicken quesadilla. Both were really good. Have a doubt about the cleanliness of this place as the cook did not have any gloves and also the cashier was eating off the bowl next to the grill that had chicken pieces!
Delicious! Best Mexican food anywhere near Aspen. Affordable, Fresh and Healthy, Too. Highly Recommend.
