Really enjoyed the overall vibe at this cute Bavarian restaurant. Truffle cheese, fondue, and chocolate fondue. We’re just what we were looking for. We had the smoked trout beet salad in between which was a perfect refresher and super delicious and beautiful. Gruner Veltliner paired Very well with the salad and ther German Pinot noir went great with the truffle cheese fondu. View all feedback.

This was such an a incredible dining experience. Highly recommend for anyone who is visiting Aspen and will plan on returning.
It’s such a beautiful Austrian restaurant. I felt like I was skiing in the Alps and arrived at a lodge for dinner. A real European experience. I have missed this in Aspen until now. The food was delicious!
This place is excellent and I would go again in a heartbeat when I am in Aspen. The service is over the top and the food is beyond excellent!
