After reading the reviews is was skeptical. But I like to make my own decisions. Me and my family went here for dinner and it was great. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big. Service was also on point. The only thing I would say is change the music to Italian or something more soothing and dim the lights a little. Other than that it was top notch. View all feedback.

One of the last remaining moderately affordable upscale dining experiences remaining in Aspen. We sat at the bar and received timely and friendly service from the bartender, food was delivered quickly and was delicious. Reservations are required even to sit at the bar, and there's a $75 cancellation fee per person which was the only thing that somewhat took away from the experience.
Wow this place was amazing! It has been so long since I've had truly phenomenal gluten free food. This is the best gluten free pizza I have ever had. I had a little bit of a panic because I initially thought they got my order wrong and had served me wheat pizza crust, that's how good it was. Acquolina was the only restaurant in Aspen (that I know of/was able to find after calling numerous restaurants) that makes their gluten free crust with some kind of rice flour blend instead of cauliflower. This was a must for me bc I am allergic to cauliflower. I saw some reviews about the service not being great before I tried this place, but the staff was very respectful and kind when I was there. They answered my questions about the menu and were helpful with all of my needs. There must have been a change in employees or management. I seriously can't say anything bad about Acquolina.
Four things you need to know: -Food is nothing unexpected but very well executed Italian classics. Zero complaints, everything was delicious -The Sommelier was fantastic. Exemplary service and just great at his job. Kudos. -No “Aspen Attitude” when it comes to service, a problem that is all too common in this city. Everyone was warm and unpretentious. -Awesome playlist and felt age-appropriate for the clientele. But even if you’re younger you’ll dig it, it’s full of classics. Recommend!!!
