I was just looking for a place to grab a coffee, use some power, and access WiFi, and I received excellent service. I was seated near an outlet and my coffee was brought to the table quickly. I appreciated the genuine service that didn't make me feel like my 'consumer value' was being judged. I ended up also enjoying some delicious apple pie. This place is a cafe restaurant during the day and a lounge bar at night.

Despite the limited menu options, the service is impeccable and the staff make you feel right at home. They are happy to provide recommendations on what to eat. By day, this place functions as a cozy cafe, and by night, it transforms into a vibrant lounge with live bands on some nights. The food here is top-notch, whether you opt for the burger, steak, or fish and chips. I highly recommend trying the salsa burger or the steak. The bar is well-stocked and offers local beer on tap, such as hansa. Additionally, the restaurant offers free WIFI, making it convenient for tourists. The only downside is that the menu is only available in Norwegian, but after multiple visits, we have already figured out our favorite dishes. Overall, this spot is a must-visit in Asker.

Not many can compare to Baracoa when it comes to intimate concerts. Top notch and well done. We will definitely be back!
