Herrenhaus Elflein - Ashville

My wife and I, along with three other couples, visited this newly opened winery on June 6th. We were impressed by the effort put into the building and grounds by Keith, but especially by his dedication to creating unique German wines that are not commonly found. We enjoyed the full 7 wine flight along with a cheese and meat pairing to experience the full range of flavors. The wines were well crafted with a good mix of semi-sweet and dry options to cater to different preferences.

Our server was very knowledgeable about the wines and attentive to our needs. The owners came over to greet us and made us feel welcomed. The charcuterie board with crackers was the perfect accompaniment to our wine flights and glasses.

I noticed the opening of this new winery experience and my wife and I, together with other couples visited we were very satisfied with the effort keith in the building and the site, but above all with his commitment to make unique German weepings that are not the ones known for most of us. we had the whole weinflug together with the cheese and meat pair to get the complete tasting experience. every wein is well processed and there is a nice mix of half-sweet as well as dry choices to match most taste.

Our server was extremely knowledgeable about the weeping and supervised by our service. the owners came and talked to us and we were received with open poor! the charcuterie board with crackers was perfect with our flights and then glasses wein!

We really enjoyed ourselves and appreciated the personal note. everything was explained so well.
