Whenever I work personally somewhere, I realize that the customers I work pay my bills and therefore give them an experience. when their customers pay their bills, they try to make every customer repeat customers, I don't get this mood in ashtabula in general when it comes to fast eating.

However, tonight we dec... read more Typically, Domino's is our go-to for pizza, especially because they provide a reliable option for a family member with a gluten allergy. However, tonight we decided to try a different restaurant and discovered that they attempted to pass off a regular pizza as gluten-free. When I called to address the issue, they acknowledged it and mentioned they were out of gluten-free crusts. This is extremely risky and unprofessional. I'm really disappointed and won't be ordering from this place again.

I called to see if I could get a replacement, but I received no assistance. This place is the only one I've encountered that charges you again for a mistake like this. I won't be ordering from them again—I just wish I knew how to delete my account.

I walked in and was greeted right away with Welcome to Domino's, I will be right with you ... that in itself was impressive! It was nice to see so many staff working and working together! Keep up the great work.
