For a long time New Englander, Honey Dew Donuts have been so sometimes you can be surprised. Dark roast coffee is superior to Dunkin Donuts Midnight. I ordered two coffees and a breakfast sandwich. I ate the sandwich inside and disposed of the wrapper in the wastebasket next to the food area. However, I never went behind the counter. Loves the sugar-free raspberry iced tea! The staff is friendly and fast in the morning!
Today I ordered an ice mocha coffee with milk and a croissant. The lady rang me up for only a plain coffee with milk and sugar. This is the 3rd time in the last couple weeks my order is so blatantly wrong. I don't understand what's happening with the staff here.
Wanted in drive through amd gave up just now.. not sure why no service
Very nice people and take care for all customers very well.
