I had a beautiful meal tonight at Northumberland College with host chef Greg Lambert, who is from the East Sea region. It was truly excellent! This evening for the first time as a competitor. the guest was not aware of kitchen evenings but will definitely be back. the food was beautiful and well presented; the personal very attentive and polite.....highly recommended!
