While was sort of quiet this place the lady who was taking our simple 2 coffees and 1 cake order happily was chatting away with her colleague and was soooo slow. I thought I should take a quick nap before actually get my coffee

Brilliant, would like to see more regards being a coeliac,the gluten free menu could do with more items to eat , sandwiches and salads,rolls ect would be great,as it's only crisps, chocolate brownie,that's gluten free, not very filling especially if you're hungry,tend to try else where for some gluten free meals

It’s a lovely spot for coffee! The location is convenient, and even though there’s often a wait, the staff are excellent, so you don’t have to wait too long. However, during my visit, they didn’t have any Demerara sugar, which I prefer for my coffee instead of regular sugar.

We were attended to by Rose and Kim, both of whom were very lovely and made us feel warmly welcomed. The coffee was excellent, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice and quiet, providing a relaxing experience during our visit. The chairs were quite comfortable, and I would love to have a couple of those tan leather ESS chairs to use at home—if only I knew where to find them!

The coffee and panini were both exquisite and well-crafted, and the staff were exceptionally attentive.
