We migrated into the face, that was a mistake, go back as you came and avoid the crazy masses. Wear suitable shoes, bring more water than you think you need and take the amazing landscape. We saw marmots and chipmunks everywhere and even ran into a mountain goat. Really a breathtaking and majestic hike.
Nice ride through the Cascade region. Because of the cold combat weather, he could not see in the distance. Friendly staff in the park that are knowledgeable. Make sure to bring tire chains to the park when you visit in the winter months. You can be rented in small cities 10 minutes outside the Mt Rainer National Park.
It is a spetacular place with breath and view. That must...
This is a very nice place to go hiking and snowshoeing in the late winter/early spring and the lodge is cozy also.
