I haven't been to an ihop since. the menu seemed condensed, possibly due to covid. our server was friendly and checked several times for us. I enjoyed my omelette and my friend enjoyed eating their shared decision. great staff overall. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ihop:
you eat the price. the pancakes are rubbery, i are made of powder. bacon was well cooked. my hen was boiled in burnt oil. the French toast was good. I do not recommend wasting her money. parking: parking was extremely easy. close to the building/the entrance hall and two exits and entrances. Accessibility: the wheelchair accessible is the largest part easy. but the doorways and toilets are an nightmare for wheelchair... View all feedback.
I wouldn’t recommend this location after today. My son and I went to this IHOP this afternoon. We were waiting in the lobby for service. Finally a older lady sweeping the floor told me sorry and went on sweeping. A couple walks in and she dropped everything to seat em. She didn’t asked if we were helped or anything. We left and went to another ihop and received service. IHOP you might want to help this location with some better training and social skills.
Spaces are clean, wait staff is speedy yet doesn't hurry you. My omelette was divine spinach and mushrooms topped with Hollandaise sauce. So tasty I've been here twice in two weeks to get one!Parking: Parking on 3 sides of the building, and ample spaces.
Ordered curbside pickup. Arrived on time, checked in, then waited in my car for several minutes. Decided to go inside to pick it up instead of waiting longer. No service for a WHILE at the front, then when I asked for the order, a hostess (pretty grumpy vibes checked the counter, there was my order. She handed it to me. I asked if the coffee was in the bag. “Everything’s in there” she said before I was done speaking. I checked the bag. No coffee. I asked for the coffee she brought me 2 cups of coffee, no cream or sugar, no utensils in the bag. I asked for cream sugar and utensils. She brought me another little bag with utensils but barely any cream and sugar. When I got back to the hotel (passing through town, I saw that the order was missing items. Worst ihop experience of my life. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I just had to, especially because there are so many breakfast places a stone’s throw from here. Go somewhere else. Boo.
I'm waiting for a refund. I came to a full parking lot for a pickup. since I was 10 15 minutes after the time that was quoted on their website to pick up the order. I was hoping I could pick it up and get out of it when the car I parked behind. they were very busy and the hostess seemed exhausted. she also seemed completely and totally uninterested in every conversation with me to give information or solve the problem. she let me know that my order was not ready and had not been started, but my request was rejected to review an estimate so she is ready to simply repeat I don't know. she was also uninterested to find information about a refund when I let her know that I had to go. she told me repeatedly that I did not order online from them, although I assured her that I ordered from her website. she told me I'd get a refund since the order was canceled. I have not received a refund of 10 days and counting.
On Sunday at 18 o'clock. the first person who greeted us was a fun waiter who said: "It will be a real man. we have only one server.” I looked at my wife and asked if she wanted to wait or try somewhere else. we decided to wait. someone else sat us in 3 minutes. the flustered male waiter (we call him mike from here) came and got from drink order in approx. 5-10 minutes. mike ran around and told everyone who heard he was the only server. he had only 7-8 tables, tops. they were not exactly blackened. When mike died, he finally came to our command. we ordered it. my wife wanted to get ricotta and berries pancakes. mike informed us that they were from ricotta. she also ordered an orange juice. they only had enough for 3/4 glass and no refill. they have the full price for an abi. the berries of my wife (no ricotta) pfannkuchen were good. I have the chicken and wad from the hoppy hour menu. I usually don't send back any food, but I had to send the chicken pliers back. they were black and gumsy, they tasted awful. mike brought her back. the second were better, but still from old oil.$25 after pointed. not terrible, but not the best. mike was clearly happy, and we heard him cursed more than once when he went behind our table. his manager didn't seem to be much help. I was in his shoes. I know it sucked, but the way he acted did not help. there was a sign in front that they cook. I'm not surprised.
