It was lovely and cool inside at lunch time on a hot Saturday in February. Apparently the air-conditioners had only been installed a few days earlier, and we were so pleased. The cafe was very quiet. We were the only dine in customers. Table water and glasses were available to help yourself. Our coffees and meals all arrived promptly and were very nice. What User doesn't like about White Jam:
Food tasted great but serving sizes were small. No vegan options so had smashed avocado with the feta removed. The sourdough it was served on was tiny. Had to wait awhile despite it not being very busy. Is a shame because the décor is fantastic and a relaxed atmosphere. Please add at least one vegan meal. View all feedback.
We had breakfast and coffee..... they were all lovely and well presented. Nice little spot out the back to relax and eat. Staff were very accommodating with gluten free request. Would recommend!!!
We have been to this restaurant twice for breakfast. It’s got lots of indoor and outdoor tables. The ambience is relaxing. We had two Rosti stacks which were nice, rich, well presented and reasonably priced. The service was a bit slow though. We waited for 29 minutes for our mains from the time we ordered.
We have had our awards night at Whitejam two years on a row and they are amazing and offer the best venue, best food, best service and the best experience ... can’t recommend Monica and the team enough. If you want an event with a difference Whitejam is the way to go

Popped in for breakfast on a Sunday, not too busy at the time. It took over 25 minutes for our drinks to arrive to the table. After an hour we still hadn’t received our food (only two of us) so asked for a refund. The staff were polite however I was very disappointed and won’t be going back!
