This concept sucks and and so expensive . Bland as bland gets the rice doesn’t even have salt it’s honestly disgusting and I want my $22 dollars back . Disgusting scam waste of money . Food poisoned!!! Ate nothing all day except an apple. Ordered ramen at 5:00 pm and the noddles were kinda warm. 1 hr later I vomited so badly. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Cupbop has always been a place I've been wanting to try. I love Korean BBQ.. so having this concept is great. Once arrived I was immediately greeted and welcomed from friendly staff. Menu is largely displayed on the wall so it's very easy to read. Overheard staff and management having great conversations with each other which shows they enjoy their job. Leads to great customer experience. Food came out REALLY fast. I ordered the B Bop. Consisted of korean beef, cabbage, noodles and rice. I opted for the combo and received 3 dumplings and a drink. Dumplings were crispy and juicy! I wanted more! The bowl was filled top the top. They weren't stingy with the protein. I chose the medium sauce top it off. Everything tasted great. Size portion looks small but it is very filling. Can be a little messy to the amount of food in the bowl but flavor was great! Located in shopping strip tucked away in corner. Good location for high traffic. Inside was very clean and nothing visually needed to be addressed.
