The staff did not recognize the people in the restaurant. The drive thru was busy, yes, but that does not give them the right to ignore the other customers. We drove through Huntsville and decided to stop at this point to use the laundry room and buy something for breakfast. There were about 5 people in the line-up when we came in. Terrible service! Terrible attitude from the server. He definitely needs to learn some basic manners and customer service skills! First AND last visit...

The same 5 people still waited to be recognized and took their orders when we came out of washroom. We waited in line-up for about 8 minutes, and we just went out. I'm not gonna stop there anymore.
