La Pardela - Arrecife

Really nice restaurant! Although they do not have gluten-free pizza or pasta, they were very aware of the allergens and were able to customize a lot of menu like meat dishes with new potatoes and veg. We had a really delicious GF vegetables and chicken paella! The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Looking for a gluten-free restaurant. This had some good reviews. I had the spaghetti carbanara with garlic bread. The gluten-free option was salmon with shrimp in a parsley and spinach sauce. The temperature was super delicious. Waiter was excellent. Very recommended as the view is too large

PERFECT! I tried this place on our 3rd visit to Costa Teguise and I must admit it was our favorite. Not often the Hubby and I agree on something or somewhere, but that was a first. The service was on site from the beginning to the end. The food was great and safe from fantastic quality. Would highly recommend. If it is not on the menu, then simply ask the staff is more than happy to make changes. The place has a very friendly and family-friendly feeling. I would give him a 5-star rating

Last minute decision to eat, but what a fantastic choice. Great service right away was nothing too much effort much choice on the menu. The food was so fresh and delicious. The staff where so friendly will definitely return

Superb burgers and cheesecake was best my friend had ever had! Milkshakes delicious and beautifully presented. Lovely friendly staff, restaurant clean and tidy.
