Monte Wolfe Saloon - Arnold

This is the on site bar at Bear Valley- menu features beers (try the Snow Shoe Hef), a handful of wines, and specialty winter drinks. Service is somewhat limited in that no one ever came around to check on seated patrons (or clear tables) and occasionally the bar was left unmanned, but staff were fairly polite and quick when needed. There are only two small SD TVs in the whole area, high tops and four tops available for seating. The highlight is the great views out the window of the slopes. There's a small patio area for smokers, and you can bring in food from the adjacent snack bar. Prices are predictably hiked up, since it's both the only place to get a drink for about 20 miles and a resort/tourist area, expect $7-10/drink.
