Panera Bread - Arlington Heights

This actual review is for doodash. but that is who uses panera bread for their supplies. I had delivered an order and the supplier just left the order in my lobby. they didn't even call me. I called doordash and asked to take the lead. they said I had to call the restaurant. I called panera and they said they couldn't kidnap the driver's tip that I should call doordash. it is therefore a huge catch 22 that affects both. kim, the manager of panera bread, said she could give me a loan, but the driver's tip does not pull off. I didn't want panera paid, but maybe I should have done that since they were using doordash. I didn't use doordash anymore and canceled my account because they really stink. but in such a case, I was forced to use them. I think twice before I get caught in this mum!

I have ordered additional quinoa to salad and they placed rice instead of it. I thought it was mistake at first time. And 2d time when I ordered the same, I wrote note to put quinoa as per my order. But they placed rise again! Otherwise order prepared quickly. But I didn’t want rice. That’s annoying.

Saw an employee dig in his ear as he walked behind the service counter where the register is. Didn't wash his hands, just went right back to the register and started taking orders. GROSS!

I placed my order @2:33 pmI arrived early my food was sitting on the counter very cold. And the ticket time was 2:43 pm when I looked at my clock it was 2:40 lol

So disappointed. Ordered a sandwich asked for just cheese and onions. Got the sandwich covered in horseradish. Thought the beef had turned. Had to toss it after two bites. Even pre-tipped.Went home had a bologna and cheese. Much better.
