Birch River Grill – An American Kitchen

We went on Valentine's day. Sadly we were one of two couples there. Server was nice. Wouldn't get us a cocktail or dessert menu. Started with shrimp which was very good. Wife got ribs which she enjoyed. I got skirt steak. It has good flavor. To much sause on it. Desert had apples and a brownie thing. They were acceptable. Pass on margarita they were mainly mix.

Food was amazing. Service was great. Decor was a bit outdated but they said they’re getting ready to remodel so that’s a good sign. I was hoping to have they’re creme brûlée that appeared on their on line menu but they had creme brûlée cheesecake which was dried out. Prices were a bit steep, but overall quality of food was well presented.

My salmon was fishy and the entire meal was overpriced.

Enjoyed our evening. Food was good and service was good.

Always love going here. The food is good, the restaurant is quiet (very nice for business meetings held over lunch) and the lunch service is always AMAZING!!!
