A great curry house in Arlington center, that coming from a Brit! You must try it if you're in town! Chicken Methi Kadahi is great (as is the Tikka Masala), all swilled down with a nice glass of cold Kingfisher lager! View all feedback.
What Enna Rauhanen doesn't like about Punjab Indian Restaurant:
Atmosphere was good, staff friendly. Pub food was ok during happy hour. At dinner... Seafood dishes was terrible! We ordered Pan seared scallops, shrimp & grits I've had much better, seafood pasta dish awful. I just think the entrees need work. But the DJ was good for late night entertainment! View all feedback.
Music played was little loud, but they asked, so loved the overall experience.
Delicious eating, helpful and friendly staff, a little expensive, but worth it!
Excellent service and eating. in any case it is worth stopping in very good Indian food.
Our request to a quiet table has been visited definitiw. the service was excellent. they were very responsive in the treatment of our allergies and the communication about ingredients in various means of life. the appetizers and main courses were served hot and in the order (instead of all at once, or close to each other, how often happens to other places. the waiting staff checked at regular intervals, but not annoying to see if everything was good or we wanted/required something else. we really enjoyed our time and eating.
I'm an Arlington resident and my family and I love Punjab. Food, service, and ambiance are all very nice for a local, reasonably-priced, family restaurant. I give it only 4 out of 5 stars because I'm like the teacher that believes that you really have to be mind-blowing to get an A+. But really, this is a nice place.
