Loved the classic fried chicken platter at the original Tupelo Honey. A much homier experience than the one I visited in Milwaukee a few years ago. We sat outside in their closed in seating area and service was attentive. Very glad we checked it out on a quick trip to Asheville, NC. You should too. View all feedback.
Parking isn’t free here but it’s worth checking out. Service is very good. The atmosphere is very nice. And the food is great. This was our first time and won’t be the last. We started off with fried green tomatoes, which were excellent. For main meals I had fried chicken and waffles and my wife had the same but with siracha. Very tasty.
Wonderful place! Food was amazing (definitely check out all the chicken and waffles options). Drinks were great (we got cocktails boozy turkey is great and homemade soda). Staff were terrific and super helpful. Highly recommend checking out Tupelo's!

The service was wonderful, food incredible, and just great character to the restaurant.
We went for brunch and we absolutely loved it!! Jim the host was so kind to us when he was sitting us and gave us an amazing first impression! We had never been before and he explained everything to us and was super sweet!!
