This location has deteriorated in quality. There is a musty smell in the store which is noticeable when you enter. I order a burrito. The ingredients were not hot which causes me concern that the holding temperature of the meat is not high enough. Although this is quite convenient to my office, I do not foresee a return visit.

I recently got lunch from here since my usual spot at L’Enfant Plaza was closed, and it was the worst CalTort experience I've had. I ordered a Cal screaming bowl with extra chicken, and the food was cold—not just lukewarm, but it seemed like the chicken had been cooked in the morning and had aged to the point of being hard and difficult to chew. It was tasteless and bland. As for the extra chicken? I'm actually relieved they didn’t include it. If they did, it certainly wasn’t worth it, especially compared to my usual place that serves decent portion sizes even without extra meat. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience and not worth the time, especially when I took 30 minutes off work to enjoy my favorite bowl.
