What James Huang doesn't like about Blue Ribbon Bbq:
I found the brisket sandwich to be quite dry and lean, making it difficult for me to finish. I am giving it two stars primarily because the mashed potatoes were excellent. View all feedback.
Red Bones what??. Blue Ribbon's juicy and fat ribs beat out Red Bones hands down! Also, they have better sides: stuffing, potato salad, and their curried slaw is delicious among others.
Best BBQ in New England. I am originally from Oklahoma City where they know how to make BBQ! I have gone to many joints in the North and in New England and they never seem to get it right. Some have the meat down but not the sause or vice verse or have nothing at all even close to BBQ. Blue Ribbon is not only great sauce and meat, but thier pulled chicken is creavable. Very good BBQ hands down!
Today's feast was 1/2 Slab of Ribs Platter. Ribs, mashed potatoes and baked beans. If you like the icky sweet Boston Baked beans these are not for you you. If you like beans with a nice BBQ flavor, you will love these.

Upon walking in to the small eatery (with only a few tables and a counter to sit at), the smells of barbecued meat, baking cornbread and tantalizing sauces filled the air. It
