Stood there for 12 minutes with 3 workers on the line. Originally 2 were helping a customer. Then when he left one of the workers went in the back while another one poured himself a cup of queso and then also went in the back. The 3rd worker just started endlessly working on online orders printed out after I was standing there. I 'm holding a screaming, hungry baby and none of them acknowledged our presence except for the bizarre interaction where my wife was able to order a quesadilla, which the 'online order ' worker pressed and then just left sit there for the remaining 7 minutes... after the line started growing behind us my wife suggested we just leave which we did. I asked what was going on, was I not allowed to order in line/did I have to order online to get service? All I got was a blank stare. I 'm guessing the whole staff is high. I had an early lunch break and showed up 5 minutes after opening time, which is posted on the door. The 3 staff members just stared and did not open the door. I waited in my car for a few minutes, two other customers tried. I left nearly 20 minutes after they said they open and the staff was still refusing to open the doors. Pancheros is easily one of my favorite places to eat. However, the last couple visits to this location have been giving Pancheros a bad name. A couple weeks ago, I waited for roughly 10 minutes while they made 6 to-go burritos only to get to the counter and be told they have no burritos. And just tonight, my husband and I went in at 8pm and found an almost completely packed up line. Based on these reviews, we’re lucky thé doors were even unlocked but our food was made from limited, dried up remnants. Employees move at a snails pace, no matter how busy it is. The food is usually delicious but the employees leave a bad taste. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
