I loved my experience tonight very attentive and knowledgeable staff. The cooks were having fun jammin to OutKast “Hey Ya” in the back part of the restaurant woot woot!!! So fun. GM the crew on 6/18/2022 works well together kudos to you all! (Oh and of course hot and delicious food. What Stephanie Werner doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
Stopped to grab dinner on my way home from running errands. Rice in my bowl was under cooked and hard to chew,steak was bland. Quality of food was not woth the price, not going to that location again. View all feedback.
I came to Chipotles and oh my God their burritos are the bomb I can eat those all the time that's just how good they are.
Food is good. Customer service is good. They nickel and dime you to death though. Everything seems to be an extra charge which is a little disappointing.
Grab and go online pickup is sweet! Get carne asada, available only for a limited time.
This is the first time we had went here. It was an absolutely terrible experience! The food was cold, we had to go home to heat it up. All we got was 2 burrito bowls and the price came to $27.43. We could have went to a nice sit down restaurant for about the same price. The waitstaff was very rude as well. Didn?t show any patience with us even though we had told them it was our first time there.
I always have a great experience here. I live in De Pere now but whenever I'm in Appleton for work I make a point to stop at the chipotle there. Everything from the quality of food, cleanliness, management, and front line workers is always top notch.
