I asked the gentleman has he already made my subs and he said yes. I asked to place another order with no cheese. What User doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
If I can give no stars I would. I would never ever go to that Jersey Mike in 450 S.Hunt Club in Apopka ever again. 1st the the sandwich guy had no gloves on touching my bread for my Tuna Sandwich. 2nd the sandwich guy touch his face under the face mask with the glove on. 3rd they put all the condiments on my Giant Check Steak Sandwich without asking and the supervisor told them to just take it off instead of making m... So my profession is to pay attention to detail and identify opportunities and celibate individuals successes. A gentleman by the name of Donald that made both of my sandwiches went above and beyond like it was just a normal day. He was completely transparent, focused like an artist making a masterpiece while also recognizing and greeting all the other customers. He was engaging at the same time paying attention to my needs and details as if it was his own. Even when it was said and done without me having to even request it he knocked the ball out the park my making it all easy for me to carry without even asking. Jersey Mike?s better pay attention to this guy cause I might come recruit him for my company.
Went on Tuesday morning. Had the chicken bacon ranch on wheat, it was delicious. Good customer service.
The morale at this location is at an all time LOW. My husband and I walked into the location, and immediately noticed the lengthy line, and only two employees working, but we still decided to wait. The workers started to prepare online orders, whilethere were customers in front of them waiting to be served. After waiting 10 minutes and noticing the line wasn 't moving, myhusband and I decided to leave. While quietly walking out the door, the employee (white male with long brown hair ponytail, noname tag attached to his shirt) yells sarcastically have a great day and starts laughing and smirking with the other employee.Very inappropriate conscending behavior for no reason at all. It 's nothing funny, about losing business due to slow service. Butthis is why kids shouldn 't be running a business without supervision. We went next door and spent my money with a business moreefficient. I will not return to this location. This behavior was completely inappropriate and distasteful.
Great service, clean place and good food. Best subs around.
