Very good and authentic Chinese food. We didn't try the dumplings, but went to Crispy Beef Stuffed Pie????????, Leek Egg Stiffed Pie????????????, Wonton in Chicken Broth??? and Hot Oil Seared Noodle??? The food is really great to be one of the best Chinese restaurants in the RTP area The only thing that could be improved is the number of waiters/waxes. The food is really great to be one of the best Chinese restaurants in the RTP area The only thing that could be improved is the number of waiters/waxes. There were only two when we visited and it was quite obvious that they were somewhat overwhelmed. We haven't waited long, but I think it's definitely an area of improvement.

We didn't feel so comfortable after that. not sure that we again for a third place is fine, quite spacious, ac was broken, but she first informed us
Great food and presentation. Resturant was very clean. I was there right after the lunch break. Had the sorted dumplings, lamb and carrot, and eggplants and basil. Dumplins were phenomenal. They were so colorful and had a lot of taste. Too big to eat in a bite, so cut it in half. Aubergines and basil came in a black kettle that was beautiful and had a side of rice. The black kettle kept the broth warm, but maybe a little too warm, as it is too hot to eat and I have to drown the taste with water. Spicier as expected, but it was the food temperature that made it hard to really enjoy. Overall great time and I will be back to try new foods.
Had the beef in Hot Garlic sauce with roasted rice, scallion pancakes and sorted dumplings. The Scallion Pancake is amazing crispy happyness! Beef in Hot Garlic Sauce is really good: just the right amount of spices mixed with vegetables with delicate beef. dumplings are beautiful and unique, although some flavors are aliens for my American born and elevated palette. The Dine in service was great, just a few people in Din. Very much to do to do business while I've eaten all the time.
We are outside on the patio. I had the Shanghai noodles and husband had spicey shrimp. Both were cooked very well, very spicey, but delicious. Didn't care for spring rolls as they were a bit greasy and not much in them. It would be helpful to have descriptions of the dishes on the menu. Had to ask the waitress, so although I was okay with shrimp, I had egg and pork in my dish, so would have ordered something else. We will be back though!
