a hidden gem in krabi! we had a great meal tonight in a small, hidden Thai restaurant. eating was amazing and very favorable. the service was very good. as an additional bonus, the ambiente was played by smooth blues guitar music, all played by the loudspeakers during the meal. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. we will often return. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Thanya Kitchen:
Liked the fried pork, mango sticky rice, egg soup with pork and thai milk tea. The rest was okay. Sadly the vermicelli with shrimps was overwhelmed with pepper, feedback to the staff and was told it was thai style. Food was served fast. However we sat below down the flight of stairs and we were often overlooked when we wanted to order something. They also forgot to turn on the fan for us and it was warm and stuffy. Best Thai food in 20 days in Thailand! pad thai is delicious and they brought more to mind when they were asked. it is bigger, better and cheaper than codam. the tamarind shrimp was a perfect balance of sweet and hearty and even her morning glory was better than other places. we also ordered a fish that was not on the pictures, but tasted amazing. also the fried garnelen with ananas was very good. the personal is resource-saving and fast and the place is very clean. highly recommended!
Very home-cooked style Thai Dishes. Portion was big, food was really tasty. We loved the pineapple rice served in a real pineapple.

Very tasty and well presented thai food. Not a large place but nice atmosphere, clean, and with friendly staff. Through trial error I’ve found this to be one of best in town
The best Thai food that I had in Krabi, the Pad Krapow and Tom Yum Soup were just the right level of spicy and rich. The food came quickly (maybe as we were the only people there at lunch) and I would have had more if I hadn't been so full.
