Les plats proposés sont typiques, bien exécutés et le rapport qualité/prix est très correct.

It was not the best Indian food we ever had (and we are big fans), but we were surprised that there was such a variety of choices of food in Antibes. This Indian restaurant definitely did not disappoint. The food was as spicy as promised. The decoration was as expected in an Indian restaurant, very colorful. With the open windows you had a nice view of what was happening on the streets. The wine was reasonably priced and the dinner was relatively cheap for Antibes.

Sir told me I can't eat because he doesn't give a single person a table. I told him I'm with my son and I'm gonna order for me and him. He didn't want to understand, he found he didn't give a single table. I point out that the restaurant was empty. Bad and not welcoming at all, I will come back more, even if I find the dishes are very good. Too bad, he's lost the loyal customers so far.

The food is honest, Indian cuisine, authentic but slightly adapted to Western palaces, at a reasonable price. Their natural bread cooked with tandoori is both light and tasty. Just like my curry of Madras spicy last night, tender and almost pleasant but without being too hot. Try their bharji with very crispy onion and the sauces that accompany it, tasty. We've been coming to Chamkila for years. The service is always friendly and the kind waiter, most helpful. I fail to understand some of the poor reviews. The food is honest, Indian cuisine, authentic but adjusted slightly for Western palates, at a fair price. Their plain nan bread cooked in the tandoori is both light and tasty. As was my spicy Madras curry yesterday evening, tender and bordering nicely on but stopping short of too hot. Try their onion bharji very crispy and the accompanying sauces, tasty.

When we arrived it... read more Having walked past this resturant a few times, we decided to visit to get a curry fix! The restaurant is just off the main area market place. When we arrived it was fairly quiet and we had the option to sit in or outside. The menu has variety, and we selected startes of Bahji and Samosas to start with popadoms and chutneys, for mains we opted for mutton curry and a fish masala, both had plenty of spice and the flavours where good and portion sizes perfect. We enjoyed our meal and would call again, they also offer lunch time deals which have a smaller menu offering.

We were starving and were in desperate need of a good meal when we stumbled across this place. Genuinely such good service, the waiter was quick and witty. The food was absolutely delicious and I was truly impressed. Thank you so much for the delicious meal!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!
