Peter is the face of the shop, and Helen leads a tight ship in the kitchen producing perfectly cooked fish and chips, or any other equally delicious and different seafood menu. They have been in the American food business for a long time, so they really know what they do and are passionate about customer service. Extremely generous portions for the price. For me to call the owner whom I have Supported my Entire time living in Antelope. You can see my previous 5star review. For him to tell me he called my daughter a B@! ! OMG I went to Tugboat today and I bought the two piece cod with fries. I was driving down Elverta and it was smelling so good I had to reach in the box to give me a piece. To test it out it was hot I had to get me a napkin It was burning my mouth a little bit but it was so flavorful. So goodI had to call back out there once I got home and I had one little piece left. To tell The chef that it was delicious. And I thanked him

The server Peter, is always polite and he makes sure that the orders are out in the time that he gives each customer! Great service!
Best Fish Chips in the Roseville area. I'm British, I know good fish and chips. This is authentic and delicious. The owner is a lovely guy, Korean I think. So friendly and customer focused. Their menu is awesome but the London Cod and Chips can't be beat. They even make their own tartar sauce. Just amazing. Treat yourself!
