We were looking for a casual place to take a break from wandering around the Christmas market and found cafe klatsch. we were so glad. we sat down and were greeted by the owner and ordered a few drinks. then order our second round personally. I've been hitting. very nice man and very friendly. we felt like the first time we were visiting. we will return. great place!
At this place you can simply sit and visit with friends as it is a cozy living room atmosphere.
I really love this place. it is my fav spot for Sunday brunch, a live band in the night over beer or wein and whatever in between. the owners are friendly, the eating is delicious and the atmosphere is mixed matched wooden chairs, an old piano, with a cozy to feel home. the service is slow, but this is typical of Germany.
I 'm very often in Ansbach, so I visited Café Klatsch more then once and I can say that I really enjoyed it every single time. The waiters are friendly and cool. Also they strike a very good balance between leaving you alone and caring for...you (asking if you need something, want another drink etc. . And if its full and you want to pay, but no waiter recognizes you don 't be shy to just walk up to the bar and pay there. Café Klatsch is no real cafe in the common sense. It 's more like a cool place to hang around, have drink and eat little snacks like sandwiches (which taste great . The menu is pretty creative and funny (for example there 's a breakfast that only includes a cigarette and a black coffee . The prices aren 't high and it 's just in the middle of Ansbach, so it 's perfect after a shopping/seightseeing tour. Inside Café Klatsch its comfy. The music is cool and you can always ask for card games, dices etc.
