L'intitulé du plat promettait des tagliatelles pleines de fraîcheur et de goût (tagliatelles 4 saisons : tomates confites, speck, cœurs d'artichaut, copeaux de parmesan...), mais le plat est arrivé avec des pâtes imbibées d'huile (elles goûtaient littéralement de l'huile + marre d'huile au fond de l'assiette), deux petits morceaux de speck très durs... en résumé un plat très lourd et fade, sans saveur.
