This Taco Bell has shown significant improvement. Recently, I was welcomed with friendly smiles, and my food was served to me quickly. The speedy service and excellent staff changes have made a difference. However, dining in is not fully operational yet. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Food is usually good.....if they accept your order. Was able to order from the app and paid ahead, went to the speaker and they're only fulfilling delivery orders. What's the difference between a delivery driver picking up an order through the drive thru and an app customer picking up through the drive thru? Just disable the app if you don't want my money. Update oktober 2022 taco Bell Pass for the month was great. a lot. for the first time buy $10! However, one must remember to order a taco daily, a reminder (one on their handy to help). as long as they have ordered $10 worth of tacos, they even got money, each more tacos enjoyed is bonus for the month. I have to try a few other sorts than the usual crispy beef taco. the kartoffel is a cloby home potatoes packed in a tortilla. the doritos locos taco and found it just ok. in my opinion, the original crispy taco taste is better. all top versions complement the tomato and acidic cream. still friendly staff all hours of the day! faster service at both ann arbor locations on jackson road or west stage. the new breakfast egg curritos. available in kartoffeln, sausage, steak or the big one from what I could see in the car thru. I forgot to make a picture of eating. next time! recently tried the chipotle ranch grilled chicken burr and was pleasantly surprised! it was delicious and enough for a meal. will definitely be ordered again!
It is taco bell so they should know what their expectations are. Although in my experience here they forget the soße more often than not, they make sure to double check on the window. also would be nice if they released when the lobby is closed at the door, instead of after parking in the limited and narrow parking space they have here.
That is a daytime only taco bell. since someone who has come to this place several times in the week for the good part of the last year (I would suspect I am one of their most common customers [if not the most common] I write this review to know that this location is not functional beyond 9pm (possibly earlier). the night shift workers, more often than not, will not take orders - in any case. I do not recommend even if they order online because they lose their money more often than they get their food. two days ago the systems were down and only one worker was there. Today they only have mobile articles, although they have two employees. as someone who has worked historically fast eating, this is only a bad crew: be it through management, bad moaning, lack of work ethics or all above. simply do not make night jobs here, they go somewhere else, unless they are okay with changing to mcdonalds or chipotle ~75% of the time. the day crew is really very friendly and in my experience pretty good to get order right and make them good. If I'd only check them, I'd give them 5 stars. nothing but good experiences.

For the third time in a row I placed an order on the app, arrive to get my food, and was told that they can 't make food due to technical issues. However, this time I got fed up and told them I placed an order on the app, why did my order go through if you 're not open? and they told me to pull through and they made my order no problem! I get that working in food service is the worst but how come this keeps happening? Are the employees constantly lying to get out of taking orders? What technical issue could possibly be happening that they can 't take an order at the drive-thru but they can make food from app orders no problem? On a side note as I sat at the drive-thru window one of the employees kept yelling at the others; STOP! NO! STOP! NO! SHUT UP! Whatever interpersonal problem they were having shouldn 't be able to be heard through the window.
