This is definitely the busiest coffee spot on campus, but the staff is always incredibly friendly and accommodating. Given the volume of customers that come through, mistakes are bound to happen, but every time I experienced an issue, they fixed it with a smile on their face. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
The restaurant was incredibly busy, and there wasn't anywhere to sit. The coffee was decent, but the customer service needs improvement. It's not the friendliest or most pleasant atmosphere for having a chat over coffee. View all feedback.
Since when does he refuse to make a subtrust? it would be a thing if I didn't have at least 10 in ann arbor, but I had no problem until today when I was told no.
It's a Starbucks. It's like every other Starbucks. By my request, they gave me a drink with an irresponsible about of caffeine in it. It was too expensive and didn't taste great, but that's what happens when you go to a Starbucks.
The employees are rude and talk about you right infront of your face they mess up your order if you complain about your order being wrong if I could rate it lower then a 1 I would
There are many fruit fly in the dessert cabinet, the sanitary condition is very very poor.
