Very nice place to visit or take a date. Lots of stuff on the walls to talk about, tv's etc. The downside is it is clear this store can't get help. Both ketchups were empty. In the party we had, there were three of us. Not until I was halfway through dinner did I finally ask for a fork. I had a fantastic time today at Red Robin in Ann Arbor. Our server, Ross, was outstanding. He was very attentive to our needs and anticipated every refill. The food was delicious too. Ross truly went above and beyond. Make sure to request to be seated in his section. You won't be disappointed!

The food was delicious, our waiter was courteous and efficient, and the ambiance was very cool and relaxed. Had a pleasant experience dining for lunch here.
The restaurant used to offer a $10 meal deal, but they are no longer participating in the promotion. Their decision not to take part is understandable.
Red robin has been one of my favorite castles for over 20 years. I always command my favorite bonsai burger. there were changes through the years. the burger is probably a little bigger than the half of the size he was originally, and they have clearly cut to the sauces. If I know, I'll ask each time for extra, this trip I didn't get. Although the value for my dollar has decreased, I still enjoy the taste, so it is worth the trip now and then.
