I was waiting patiently in line behind a large order, but when it was finally my turn, the staff member stepped away to jot down things on several sub bags because they noticed a woman coming in who seemed to be a regular customer. I understand that regulars may get some special treatment, but I was there first and had already waited quite a while. I arrived at 6:45 PM to pick up my takeout, and I didn't leave until 7:15 PM. Please don't prioritize certain customers just because they are regulars.

Both my husband and I work near 2 different locations in Barrie and we make the drive to this one just for Amber! She’s pleasant, happy and doesn’t seem “forced” to be there like the other locations. We literally will walk out if she isn’t working! Best advice to the owner…. Keep her on. She knows her customers and they know her. She definitely deserves a raise ?
