What Daniela Mota doesn't like about Restaurant La Palma:
the deco of the room is special with dubious fountains and aquariums with poor red fish that blow in brown water. The little buffet doesn't inspire confidence, the entrance doesn't look fresh. We then waited for 1 hour, for fish papillottes, some with potatoes and others with legumes. While our neighbors were served in 1/4 hours.Break, I wouldn't go back and advise. View all feedback.
We are Spaniards and have eaten a friend my partner and I a thousand kebab in Spain and francia, and it is the first time that as in this kebab and the best kebab meat that I have tried in 32 years
I have known the Palma for about 5/6 years and I can tell you that the new proprio finally not so new because they took over in 2011 fortunately that they arrived, because it was a catastrophe! At the base it was a family hotel/resto, transmitted from generation to generation until they sold to younger people. The former boss was unpleasant, not friendly at all, especially nothing to tell him about your personal life, Angouleme would know otherwise! the deco was old, the dishes had not been innovated for at least ten years, the hotel had been rehabilitated but laying to desire. Then he was sold and the new buyers made sure to give a good young shot and inover what seems normal to me, the deco dating at least the 80s if it's no more! So big change, finish the traditional, hello the brewery. Buffets with admissions and various desserts, daily dishes etc. Too many frozen however! And it didn't work long... Do not live on Angouleme, when I went back to my hometown, I went to the Palma and to what I could see, the resto to close but there is still the hotel that welcomes him every day of the guests, it was apparement also decorated, Italian shower, jaccuzy and I don't know what else because I didn't go to see. The current owners are very welcoming, very kind, so the Palma has experienced a radical change in the history of its last 3 years it offers a new youth finished the grimace soup that it has suffered for many years and hello the good mood! So don't hesitate to book a room if you're on your way here, knowing the staff, it'll make sure you're in a little care with you!

The hotel restaurant bar Le Palma is a good place to eat. Various menus including the Menu Vigneron at 22 euros without drink. Copyfully filled plate and tasteful. Smiling and efficient service. I recommend it.
