The Rooted Vegan - Angola

I went through a road trip and hit this place to the breakfast and I'm so glad I did. I had the deluxe breakfast bagel, that was satisfied and delicious, although I wish I had something extra to fill more than meal. if I ever again, I will be sure to try the breakfast burrito, it looked epic! they also had a case full of all vegan sweet tasty that they could ask, including vegan fudge!

Wonderful baked goods! My pitbull is addicted to their dog treats! The breakfast and lunch menu is fresh and always delicious!

I’ve been vegan for years in this area, not a lot of good restaurant options unless you drive all the way to Fort Wayne. The Rooted Vegan is perfect for anyone in the veg lifestyle, and even if you’re not. I was told about the Rooted vegan by a couple people who hardly even knew me, but knew I was vegan, including a man who said helped work on the cafe itself! I’m very grateful to finally have a vegan cafe providing delicious food in my hometown rural area, feels like such a step up : I’ve tried the veggie sandwich, breakfast burrito, and breakfast bowl, they were all super good! Super fresh tasting, and you can tell someone lovingly put the meals together. I’ve tried a variety of their baked good too, I couldn’t muster up a single complaint. Whoever bakes these knows how to bake, and they know how to vegan bake, which isn’t exactly easy, but they do a spectacular job! This place is going to be a regular stop for me, for years to come!

I was very excited to try this place after following their journey online. They started at the farmer's market selling baked goods and recently moved into a spot on the square. Pretty limited menu, but all vegan! We tried the breakfast sandwich, the breakfast burrito, the chicken' soup, and I got a cinnamon roll. All so good! Very nice to have a spot in a small town!

Wonderful food. Fully vegan. Friendly staff. Inviting atmosphere. We loved everything we tried. We will definitely make the trip here again!
