I’ve been to this Starbucks more than a few times, due to a great location, but the service is not always the best or friendly, and the wait time is terrible, I ordered online once and still waited at the store for 20 mins, just for coffee? Short-staffed. Slow. Unhappy faces. Depressing atmosphere. No matter how many things you add to your drink it’ll taste bland. This store can’t even get their hours right, they close at two in the afternoon but Google and the Starbucks app say otherwise. Go to the one on Winthrop Avenue instead. Starbucks — pay your employees more, clearly no one wants to work there (and probably for a good reason).

This location has gotten very consistent as of late. They are always nice and welcoming. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Starbucks has nothing but crappy commissary coffee anymore. Avoid like the plague because it is horrible.
