Made my coffee wrong. Went back later in the day on my work break to have it remade and was told it was made correctly and they wouldn't do so. Asked to speak to manger not there. I have never been treated so rudely. I will never frequent this Dunkin again. I stop each morning as I work across the street. Terrible service View all feedback.
It's great that you are saving the environment with paper cups...but could you at least find cups that don't leak everywhere?
Don't bother unless you want to wait 20 minutes for a coffee... Worst Dunkin I've been to.

They messed up my iced tea and refused to gave me a refund I feel violated.
