They get pretty slow sometimes which is understandable but they're always kind and understanding they've messed up our orders a couple of times and always offer something but we decline cause we understand how hard it is to train people and get a rush done. Food is always good ! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Waited in line for 30 minutes. Boxed in and couldn't drive off. Made me wait 5 minutes to even order at the microphone. 3 girls in the window checking their phones. Then they get my food and put it all in the bag and then leave it there and walk off to get cup lids. There were already cup lids in the holder. 30 minute wait and they want to stock extra. I don't care if your short staffed! You need to hustle 100% at wo... View all feedback.
Hi Leo, on the east side of town I have tried four times to receive service at the Wendy’s on his tutor up to this point I have not received an order. And I’ll tell you why each time that I have visited this location. It was some excuse. Machine broke down ran out of it. It is hard to give someone a good review and each time your visit was a negative. My suggestion is change management. For one thing the manager should be there at least before opening and at the end of the day for closing do you understand what is going on and make suggestions or recommendations if this is a corporate server that you guys are using it enough to boot up the next morning in case corporate office is tied to this server pushing some new information out that’s part of a manager that’s all I Gotta say
I don't know why I keep coming here. Literally every single time I try the drive thru, it takes upwards of 30 minutes. I'm currently sitting in the line, 10 cars ahead, and it hasn't moved. It's well understood by pretty much anyone around here that every Wendy's in town is this way. No idea why the owners haven't done anything about this, yet. You'd think they'd want to stop bleeding profit.
You?re gonna end up waiting in line for 30 minutes, and at the order menu for at least ten without anyone saying what?s going on. Great if you want the worlds most uncomfortable experience. Personally I did not wait to actually order food bc fortyminutes for a frosty is NOT worth it. :

Thank you to the entire team for coming in and doing your best to fill all those orders. To the leaders in the back, great job! I heard your supportive words guiding the team through that hectic time. I have no doubt they will soon function like a well-oiled machine under your leadership. As for the food, it was decent considering the circumstances. However, the peppermint frosty could use some improvement—it tasted more like strawberry than peppermint. I’ll definitely return to give it another try, as that’s why I came in the first place. On a less positive note, if you're going to keep the restrooms locked, please make the key more accessible. Waiting four minutes for someone to unlock the door is really not ideal.
