“Umami” at its core! This place has some of the best Salmon Sashimi ever. I have eaten at some amazing sushi places world wide and this is a memorable place to eat. We had the Salmon and Yellowtail Sashimi which was well cut. American Eagle (California roll with beef bulgogi on top), Rainbow Roll #2 (spicy tuna inside), and a fire cracker roll (Spicy). What Jocelyn F doesn't like about Oec Revolving Sushi:
Went for lunch on a Friday. There were only three other tables so plenty of room and not busy. Didn't know the revolving part was only after 5pm. No real lunch specials, the server pointed to bento boxes. No sushi boats, just expensive sushi sashimi or combination options. $64 for 12 piece sashimi. So went with three $20 rolls instead, felt like a much better value for a party of two. They were good, the jalapeño pop... View all feedback.

All were well prepared and fresh. They even accommodated my desire for extra ginger by bringing a jar for our table. The revolving belt was closed for COVID, but it is back for dinner… I can’t wait to come back.
The food was great! I wish they would have the rotating sushi going so there were more options to try but what I ordered was great. A bit on the expensive side though.
Gr8 rotary $3-$8ea) with a nice Ala carte selection from tempura to udon for this cold fall nights. Owners take gr8 pride in their craft to cater to a variety of tastes.
The sushi was absolutely delicious! All four of our sushi rolls were well balanced between ingredients and served with fresh tasting fish. Each roll was worth the cost asked. Even though we chose this place with the hopes to experience the revolving sushi bar and were disappointed to find out COVID shut it down, we were extremely pleased with the food and loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. This has become one of our new favorite sushi restaurants and look forward to coming back again!
Grab any roll you want, can’t lose! I’m from Southern California and naturally heavily exposed to the Japanese culture, been to many sushi restaurants of various quality and this place is awesome!!! These rolls are well-packed in the inside and light on rice, as a quality roll needs to be. They are oversized, which is a bonus!
