El Dorado Mexican - Anchorage

Mexican supreme court. service is really great. that is our favorite Mexican restaurant and simply love it. they missed it during the shutdown, but glad to be opened again. fajitas are fantastic, cannot show the taste, but the meat is so delicious.

Tasty and very good service! slightly fancy. I liked that the menu was not huge and they had a meal for 2, which we enjoyed. would recommend and we will return.

AMAZING food. I was really happy with my food it was awesome. There were some very... Interesting aspects about the restaurant. Kind of a kitchy atmosphere with the Christmas decorations being a huge contrast to the rest of the decor. The margarita glasses were wiped with that I can only assume was a very dirty bar rag because our glasses smelled of literally wet rag. And some of the staffs attire seemed a little unprofessional. All in all, it seems like a 1-2 star restaurant with an amazing chef. I'll be back for the food but not much else

It was a little expensive, fairly every dinner platter is $20 if they do the combination option. it was really super good, high-quality eating. all employees were super friendly and attentive, although they were really busy. I found the best Mexican restaurant so far in anchorage.

My family and I came here for a late dinner on Saturday night. The atmosphere was great and our server (owner? was funny and the kids loved him. I ordered the Shrimp Chipotle and thoroughly enjoyed it. I've had the same shrimp dish at many other Mexican restaurants here in Anchorage and this one is by far the best. My husband enjoyed the Carne Asada burrito and appreciated the flavorful beef. Our son ordered from the kids menu and loved the rice and beans so much he ate off all our plates, it was amazing to see how much our 6 year old ate. Our daughter had the steak fajitas and couldn't finish her plate. All portions were generous and fulfilling. I think we may have found our go to place when we crave Mexican food.
